  Payments can be made at every event - (except for Polo that needs to be paid in advance )

 However advance Card Payments  (at reduced prices) can also be made using the event payment buttons  - at the very bottom of this page.

  This web site is much more reliable than emails.

 We cannot always email all of our events to you each month -  because sending over 500 emails each month is very difficult and extremely consuming - and it causes serious SPAM issues etc.

  Richmond Polo - on just 2 more Sundays -  22 nd and 29 th September

-  but you cannot just turn up without a booking with William  £28 -  Entrance Fee - including our Admin fee -   includes William's membership-  reduced Club Entrance Fee  -  of only  £18 for your Day Membership per person - (Normally £40 per guest for Day membership)

 Advance bookings necessary - only with William. 

You must not just turn up at the polo ground  - as I only actually go-ahead on these events if I have firm bookings !

I also have to arrange your entry to the polo field in advance

 I also need to give you full directions and the necessary polo club entrance rules – so that you can avoid the fast-moving ponies being hit by cars etc.

 Come by car- with plenty of easy and free parking near the club house.

 Or meet me outside Richmond Station – at 12.30 on Sunday in the Café to the left of the station entrance -  50 yards away .

We can travel by bus or taxi to the polo ground in Petersham.

 - Lunch is extra  - Please book early – as the restaurant places are limited -

 To be seated in the restaurant - lunch has to paid in advance –  also  However there are many nice tables on the front lawn !

Pay Now Option 2 -  Lunch - £30 – If lunch is required ? -  It will be just one table of - 6 to 10 people?

So lunch (If required ) has to be booked with William in advance to ensure lunch availability.
